Installation. Installations are important for products that must be plumbed. A very significant percentage of under-sink residential RO systems installed in the USA, for example, have been installed incorrectly, even when installed by plumbers!

Increasingly, Baytel is also providing information in its reports about companies with installation and service networks (potential “service partners”) in various countries that can be approached by suppliers needing such support in various markets.

Service. Product warrantees and Annual Maintenance Contracts or “AMCs” are extremely important in markets like India, as is “pampering” the customer. Baytel does its best to investigate and shed light on such matters.
